Register early to join us for this free six-week workshop and learn new ways to self manage chronic conditions. Many people discover these skills to be very helpful to control symptoms and to manage the challenges often associated with chronic conditions. Classes are 2 1/2 hours long, once a week on Wednesdays, for 6 weeks.
Chronic conditions include arthritis, kidney disease, IBS, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, headaches, diabetes, general or specific pain, post injury pain, anxiety, and many more conditions. Anyone with a chronic condition AS WELL AS family members, caregivers and those who work with persons with chronic conditions are welcome to attend.
With knowlede and support from other class participants, many persons feel more positive and empowered and better able to manage and enjoy their lives.
