Cultivate + Evolve Financial is owned and operated by Catherine Ellis – she is an Award Winning Mortgage Professional, and has over 13 years’ in the financial sector and has a passion for education, financial literacy, real estate and her community. She is continuously giving back in her community providing education initiatives for students through JABC teaching finance, volunteer initiatives, providing educational forums for seniors, first time buyers and investors, and has been elected as one of the two Directors for Mortgage Professionals Canada representing BC and the Yukon.   Catherine has recently relocated part time to Pender Island, from the Okanagan and hopes to build meaningful relationships in the community, she is passionate about cultivating meaningful relations, assisting her clients find the right solutions for their financial needs and building a plan to evolve throughout their lives. She is a advocate of change and admires the sense of community on the island – and is looking forward to embracing the island life as she continues to spend more time on island and meet more of the community.
